Real-Time Fraud Detection, Credit Risk, and Automation

Vertical: Banking  ·  Focus: Transformation and AI

01Overview

Datagonomix applies machine learning and AI to the operational core of banking. Fraud, credit, and back-office workloads shift from reactive, rules-bound processes to real-time, data-driven decisions. We embed models directly in transaction streams, underwriting pipelines, and document workflows. Risk is scored and bottlenecks are cleared before they reach the customer or the ledger. Decisions become faster, loss rates fall, and back-office capacity moves from manual review to exception handling.

02The Challenge

Banks face rising fraud, costly false alarms, and compliance overhead that manual and rules-only systems cannot contain.

03The Transformation

Datagonomix combines financial ML/AI with process optimization and application integration to address all three fronts at once. For fraud, we deploy supervised and anomaly-detection models on real-time transaction streams. Each event is scored against behavioral and network features in milliseconds, so suspicious activity is blocked while legitimate spend clears untouched. This lowers the false-positive burden that drives customer friction. For credit risk, our ML models widen the signal set beyond bureau scores to alternative and cash-flow data. They produce calibrated default probabilities and dynamic, risk-based pricing frameworks for underwriting and portfolio monitoring. For the back office, we apply process optimization, intelligent document processing, and integration across CRM and ERP systems. These automate KYC, reconciliation, dispute handling, and case triage, routing only genuine exceptions to analysts. Managed services keep models retrained against drift and emerging attack patterns.
